| Biliana Stremska is a
designer, artist and educator, who lives and works in Oakland, California.
She grew up in Bulgaria in the 1970's and 1980's. Her solo exhibits include shows at the College of Environmental Design at the University of California in Berkeley, Philadelphia International Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Claremont Hotel in Berkeley, California, Astry and Tea Galleries in Sofia, Bulgaria. She has exhibited her work at Vorpal Gallery in San Francisco, John Natsoulas Gallery in Davis, Jan Baum Gallery in Los Angeles, University of Pennsylvania, Sonoma State University and number of other venues in the United States and Europe. She holds architecture, interior design and art degrees from University of California at Berkeley, University of Bridgeport, and the State School of Fine Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria. She has also spent two years studying design at the Gdansk Arts Academy in Poland. Biliana Stremska currently teaches freehand drawing and introduction to design at Diablo Valley College's and University of San Francisco architecture programs.
